Photos: My Trip to the South

In November of 1997 we went there to Furman University in South Carolina to go see my girlfriend (now my wife) run at the NCAA Division I Cross Country National Championships, and see some friends along the way. It was a great trip. No hangings, no shootings, just some nice folks, car troubles, and a few Waffle Houses.

As a bonus, here's my rendition of Chris Ageton's speech as he tries to goad us on towards the south. This is as we are stuck on the side of the interstate with a car that floods every ten minutes. Shag's Speech: 22 KB RealAudio
