How to Hang Toilet Paper

I thought I may be the lone voice, crying out in the wilderness as to the proper way to hang a roll of toilet paper.  Friends and family would mock my passion for a properly hung roll.  My wife would laugh at my adamation that there was one true way to hang it.

She, fortunately, gave in and tries to hang the roll in the correct way.  Yes, she thinks I'm a bit crazy, and I don't blame her.  And until today, I felt as if maybe I should relent and become tolerant of both the overhand and underhand methods of hanging the dispenser of relief.

Until today, that is.  Now I know I am in the right.  Check out the consensus of teh interwebz (http://currentconfig.com/2005/02/22/essential-life-lesson-1-over-is-right-under-is-wrong/):

I agree with you on all points, except for one fatal exception; when you have small kids or animals who tend to bat at the TP roll, the underhand mount will roll up extra TP, while the overhand spills it onto the floor and encourages more hijinx.
